Director of Belonging & Community Engagement

The Chestnut Hill School is seeking a Director of Community Engagement and Belonging to lead belonging initiatives and collaborate on inclusive curriculum development. This senior role reports to the Head of School and bridges school culture with family partnerships and academic life.
Responsibilities include shaping identity-conscious pedagogy, leading faculty development, coordinating family engagement, and supporting admissions with diverse enrollment.
