Regional VP of Sales, Corporate Travel

We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to drive new business growth across the Western Region for a corporate travel organization. This is a hands-on sales role ideal for a proven corporate travel sales professional who can build strong client relationships, sell complex travel solutions, and expand market presence with mid-size, large, and global accounts.

Candidates must be based in Southern California, have Travel Management Company sales experience, and be comfortable working as an individual contributor.
What You'll Do

Drive new business sales across the Western Region.
Sell corporate travel management services, travel technology, group travel, and incentive travel solutions.
Build relationships with mid-size, large, and global corporate accounts.
Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
Close and support deals with corporate clients with annual travel budgets ranging from $750K to $50M.
Collaborate with international partners on global bids and client opportunities.
Develop and manage strategic partner channels to support sales growth.
Partner with Marketing to develop sales collateral and support go-to-market efforts.
Conduct competitive analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and performance tracking.
Support pricing, contract discussions, ROI analysis, and supplier negotiations.
Travel as needed for client meetings, sales activities, and regional business development.
Requirements

Must be located in Southern California.
Must have Travel Management Company sales experience.
Must be open to working as an individual contributor.
Proven success selling corporate travel, travel technology, group travel, incentive travel, or related services.
Experience selling complex, high-value solutions to enterprise, mid-market, or global corporate clients.
Strong understanding of travel agency operations and the corporate travel distribution landscape.
Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and influence key stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of contracts, pricing, ROI analysis, and supplier negotiations.
Experience identifying client pain points and presenting tailored service solutions.
Strong sales forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, and analytical skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and time-management skills.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferences

Experience selling to corporate clients with annual travel budgets between $750K and $50M.
Existing relationships with corporate travel buyers, travel industry partners, airlines, hotel platforms, car rental agencies, or related suppliers.
Experience supporting global bids or working with international travel partners.
Background selling travel technology, expense management tools, incentive programs, or group travel solutions.
Experience developing sales processes, frameworks, collateral, or channel strategies.
Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting sales team members.
