Job Title: Anchor Crew

Department: Moorage

Reports To: Anchor Crew Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and fully operational marina. Ensures proper anchoring, mooring, and marina access while providing excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:

Perform general marina maintenance and upkeep

Inspect and maintain anchoring systems, winch lines, and rigging daily

Assist with marina movement and ensure safe customer access

Safely operate anchor barge, boom truck, and related equipment
Monitor and work with fresh water and sewer systems

Locate and operate electrical and water shut-off valves

Ensure marinas are properly anchored and moored at all times

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

High school diploma preferred

Experience with marina operations preferred

Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and power tools

Ability to work well with guests and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
