Mid-Senior UX Strategist/Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a

Mid-Senior UX Strategist/Designer

to lead user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products. This role translates user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process to accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts, develop AI-rendered prototypes, support usability testing, and identify opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Lead user-centered research, strategy, and design for complex digital and enterprise products.
Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive experiences.
Leverage AI throughout the UX process to accelerate discovery, definition, and design concepts.
Develop AI-rendered prototypes.
Support usability testing.
Identify opportunities for AI-enabled product experiences.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, journey mapping, process and task-flow definition, user feedback sessions, and usability testing.
Confidently challenge assumptions and advocate for evidence-based solutions.
Collaborate closely with product owners, UX leadership, engineering, data science, and other cross-functional partners.
Utilize Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile practices, and various LLM tools to deliver value-based outcomes.
Required Qualifications

At least five years of UX/UI research and design experience.
Strong strategic leadership and communication skills.
Experience leveraging AI throughout the UX process.
Experience with Figma, JIRA, Scaled Agile practices, and various LLM tools.
Proactive, curious mindset focused on measurable outcomes, continuous improvement, and responsible AI utilization.
