Content Team Manager: Lead People, Grow Strategy (On-Site)

Drip Depot, based in White City, OR, is seeking a Digital Content Manager to lead two content teams (YouTube and Website Content). This role centers on people management—coaching, unblocking, and delivering accountability—over hands-on content creation.
The right candidate will enjoy growing into the content side of the business with support from the team. You will work closely with the CMO on content strategy, hiring as needed, and ensuring deadlines are met.
