CRM Specialist

WeatherTech seeks a Lifecycle & CRM Manager to drive customer lifecycle marketing strategies that boost engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will own email campaigns, automated journeys, audience segmentation, and retention initiatives, with hands-on execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The ideal candidate delivers strategic thinking and tactical execution, with 5–8+ years in CRM or email marketing and advanced SFMC experience. This is an onsite role at our Bolingbrook, IL facility.
