What You'll Do
Develop and manage channel partners and key accounts across the European and American (PV Module Manufacturer, EPCs, distributors, C&I and utility owners).
Develop and execute sales plans and payment collection targets.
Own the sales funnel: prospecting, technical coordination, sampling/testing, commercial negotiation, contracting, delivery and post-sales follow-up.
Gather market/competitor insights; relay local requirements and certifications (e.g., UL/ETL) to product, quality, and supply chain teams.
Represent QC Solar at trade shows and industry events; travel as needed.
Utilize CRM for pipeline, forecast, and account management; achieve revenue, margin, and collection targets while ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
1-3+ years of sales experience in the European and American markets for PV connectors, junction boxes, and cables, including experience with sales channels such as EPC and distribution.
Familiar with the PV new energy manufacturer; possesses a basic understanding of products such as PV connectors, junction boxes, and cables; capable of effective communication with the team.
Proven hunter-closer mindset, negotiation skills, and cross-cultural communication.
Based in the US with valid work authorization; fluent in English; Chinese and Spanish is a plus.
Willing to travel; comfortable with onsite work; CRM and MS Office proficiency.
