will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and execute the company's marketing strategy, directly influencing brand growth and creative direction.

This leader must be passionate about brand fit, demonstrate both strategic vision and hands-on execution, and possess an entrepreneurial, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities:

Agency management

Mentoring at least one direct report (with input on future team structure)

Cross-functional leadership alongside key stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Strong creative, go-getter, and team player qualities are essential

Compensation:

$155,000 base plus variable compensation and full benefits, with flexibility for remote work (ET/CT zones) or presence in the NY/NC office.
