Campus Events AV & Collaboration Technician

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Collaboration Technology Technician to deliver courteous, timely audio-visual and video production services across campus.
You will manage tickets, respond to incidents, set up equipment, and support events from planning through execution. The role requires strong communication, familiarity with Webex/Zoom/Meetings, and the ability to work evenings or weekends.
