West Coast Fitness LLC is hiring a Studio Manager to oversee a designated Orangetheory Fitness studio, focusing on sales, operations, and team leadership. The role is salaried exempt, full-time, with a monthly bonus opportunity and occasional weekend events.
The SM reports to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager and drives member acquisition, retention, and exceptional customer service. You will recruit and develop the studio sales team, manage budgets, and ensure brand standards.
