Our client is a mid-size performance marketing agency in New York City seeking a Sr. Director of Paid Media to lead a high-performing, multi-channel team. You will own end-to-end paid media strategy, build scalable processes, and drive growth tied to quarterly targets.
You will manage a 10-12 person team, with hybrid office presence two days per week in NYC, and report to senior clients and leadership on performance and profitability.
