What You'll Do: Lead marketing and business development initiatives firmwide
Manage pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
Drive client development, cross-selling, and growth campaigns
Oversee branding, content, and digital marketing efforts
Collaborate with attorneys and practice group leaders
Manage and mentor a marketing professional
What You Bring: Law firm or professional services marketing/BD experience
Strong track record supporting revenue growth and client development
Experience with pitches, proposals, and strategic initiatives
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
