Performance Marketing Manager in Poland .
You’ll plan and run digital campaigns, optimize them based on KPIs, and work closely with sales to turn marketing into revenue.
You’ll:
Plan, run, and improve campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and search.
Track and optimize CAC, conversion rates, ROI/ROAS, and lead quality.
Support our growth in Poland and other international markets.
You bring:
Experience with international campaigns.
A KPI-focused mindset.
