Advisor Experience Lead, Client Service Director

Kestra Financial is seeking a Senior Client Service Director to join our Client Service team in Austin. You will be the primary point of contact for a defined group of financial advisors, owning complex service requests from intake to resolution and advocating for their needs across internal teams.
You’ll lead cross-functional efforts, address escalations with urgency, and help shape service delivery, efficiency, and advisor satisfaction.
