Target Channel Growth Director

Henkel is seeking a senior sales leader to drive the Target business within its Consumer Brands unit. You will lead long-term growth, oversee annual business planning, pricing, promotions, and category strategies, and partner across Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver integrated solutions.
You will build and coach a high-performing team, influence executives, and manage customer partnerships with a focus on sustainable sales growth and market share gains.
