Head of Marketing: Brand & Growth Leader (Remote, Equity)

Rosie is seeking a Head of Marketing to own the brand and growth from the ground up. This role will define Rosie’s voice, attract families and pros, and build a scalable growth engine. The position starts fractional and can grow into a full-time founding leadership role as Rosie expands to new cities.
You’ll lead storytelling, campaign execution, and measurement, balancing brand and performance while shaping a category and building a high-impact team.
