Head of TikTok Shop Accounts & Growth

Platinum Commerce in Beverly Hills is seeking a Head of TikTok Shop Account Management to own the performance of our brand portfolio and lead the account team.
This on-site role sets strategy across listings, pricing, promotions, live programming, affiliate programs, UGC, and paid media, then ensures execution daily.
You will manage and grow a team of account managers, build playbooks and reporting cadence, own portfolio GMV and client retention, and participate in executive reviews.
