Business Director, Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Business Director Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $251,400 – $286,900 annually
Responsibilities

Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Manage and mentor analysts to foster talent development
Create and implement new product and pricing strategies
Lead direct-to-consumer marketing efforts and build customer insights
Improve credit performance through rigorous data analysis
Oversee multiple projects while executing product strategy
Collaborate with various departments to enhance service quality and profitability
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required
4+ years of quantitative analysis experience
4+ years of qualitative analysis experience
2+ years of people management experience
2+ years of project management experience
