Senior Field Marketing Leader - Interventional Spine Growth

Boston Scientific in Maple Grove, MN, seeks a Senior Manager, Field Marketing - Interventional Spine (IVS) to lead a geographically dispersed team and translate national strategies into local field programs that drive patient adoption of the Intracept procedure.
You will partner with Sales Leadership, Downstream Marketing, and Analytics to build scalable programs, set KPIs, coach leaders in the field, and optimize investments. Expect 40–60% travel and an on-site work model in Minnesota.
