Creative Footwear Materials Designer for Skate & Streetwear

Mindlance is seeking a Creative Footwear Materials Designer to work on in-line projects, partnerships, and signature and core products. You will bring creative ideas and a strong understanding of footwear materials to support the brand's skateboard and streetwear initiatives.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute material strategies that elevate product storytelling and performance. A portfolio demonstrating recent work and a 5+ year track record is required.
