JBPro is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal & Marketing Coordinator to lead the day-to-day coordination and production of RFQ and RFP responses while supporting select company marketing initiatives. This role works closely with the Business Development Director, department leaders, and project managers to keep proposals organized, on schedule, accurate, and visually consistent.
As capacity allows, the coordinator will also help JBPro strengthen its in-house marketing capabilities through website
