Operations Technician

WinCo Foods in Boise is seeking a computer operations and IT support professional to monitor and troubleshoot IBM i/AS400, Windows and Linux in a 24/7 environment. You will provide first-level support, manage batch jobs, assist users by phone, email, and coordinate with third-party vendors while upholding our commitment to reliable service.
The role requires at least two years of corporate IT experience, an associate degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Windows Office Suite and SharePoint.
