Music & Pop Culture Team Leader (Part-Time)

Hot Topic is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to join our store team. You will support the leadership group in delivering an exceptional customer experience, help train new recruits, and assist with daily operations to meet sales targets.
You’ll cover sales floors, open/close duties, and manage registers while leveraging product knowledge to drive add-ons and promotions. This role requires strong communication and a passion for music and pop culture.
