Leading the enterprise change communications function, the full-time Vice President of Change Communications will provide strategic direction and executive support for major transformation initiatives, including modernization, mergers, and organizational change, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develops and implements the enterprise change communications strategy aligned with business priorities
Serves as the senior communications advisor to executive leadership and the Transformation Office
Oversees executive messaging and change campaigns, ensuring consistent communication across multiple initiatives
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Communications or a related field
10+ years of leadership experience in corporate communications with progressive responsibility
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a highly regulated environment
Experience in developing measurement frameworks for communication effectiveness
Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing communication teams
