Senior Product Developer, Apparel & Production

Local Boy Outfitters, a Columbia, SC-based apparel brand, seeks a Product Developer to shepherd styles from concept through bulk production. You’ll partner with Design, Sourcing, and suppliers to deliver on time, cost, and quality, while mentoring junior teammates as the department grows.
You’ll manage WIPs, coordinate fabric/trim choices, and communicate with overseas suppliers to ensure alignment with design intent. This role requires travel for fittings and vendor visits.
