Director of Worship & Music Ministries

Cumming First United Methodist Church is seeking a Director of Music Ministries to provide visionary leadership for its music ministry. This full-time role collaborates with clergy to design worship that is theologically rich, directs choir and instrumental ensembles, and empowers volunteers of all ages to glorify God and nurture spiritual growth.
The Director will recruit members, hire staff, plan music for both traditional and contemporary services, and expand the ministry's reach across ages
