As an Associate Marketing Manager – BSC & Ed/Gov, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of sector marketing initiatives while enabling Sales Executives and Key Account Managers to stay focused on customer engagement and growth. You will coordinate and help execute campaigns, events, and partner activities, while collaborating closely with sector marketing and portfolio teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality messaging, tools, and experiences across the customer journey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales Enablement & Customer‑Facing Collateral
Develop and update customized marketing collateral to support customer training, onboarding, and education
Translate sector priorities into clear, usable tools for sales teams, including presentations, guides, and leave‑begins
Ensure all materials align with brand standards and reflect current messaging and value propositions
Trade Shows & Event Execution
Assist in the planning and execution of national trade shows and association events from logistics through on‑site delivery
Help ensure brand consistency and strong visual presence across all events
Capture and document event performance, including lead quality, engagement, and overall effectiveness
Planning Support & Calendar Management
Maintain a 12‑month marketing calendar to ensure visibility into all sector activities and key milestones
Support development of activation plans by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
Assist in tracking budget allocation and spend against planned activities
Provide input into KPI tracking and goal progression based on campaign and event performance
Marketing Operations & Campaign Execution
Manage and track campaigns in Salesforce, ensuring accurate setup, execution, and reporting
Support campaign execution and performance tracking, including data management and results reportingAssist with ROI tracking by organizing campaign data and supporting analysis
Execute HubSpot workflows, including email campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and list management
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign execution, marketing operations, and digital platforms (CRM and marketing automation tools)
Strong project management skills
Skilled at working with and analyzing data and trends
Ability to solve problems, improve processes
Attention to detail
Ability to work cross functionally
Business‑to‑business experience desired
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation skills
Computer savvy with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, CRM, Hubspot, CoPilot
Ability to travel up to 20%
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

The expected compensation range for this position is between $84,980.00 and $124,630.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
