Key responsibilities
Own and develop BJAK's brand identity and visual systems across all platforms
Lead and mentor a creative team while maintaining high standards for design quality and execution
Build and manage creative workflows, optimizing campaigns based on data and market trends
Required qualifications
4-6 years of experience in visual design, brand design, or creative leadership
Strong portfolio showcasing visual storytelling and multi-channel projects
Deep understanding of branding, design systems, and digital content strategy
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern production workflows
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands
