Show Staff Lead: Lead Ceremonies & Live Performances

The Summit Bechtel Reserve is seeking a dynamic lead for its show staff team to plan, rehearse, and perform engaging ceremonies and live productions for Scouting guests. You will drive storytelling and Appalachian heritage through high-energy performances, coordinating scripts, sets, and production design with a focus on safety and teamwork.
You will mentor a diverse crew, perform when needed, and uphold Scout Oath and Law while delivering memorable experiences across 45–55 hour weeks in a camp
