The ANT/DOTE Digital and Social Internship offers aspiring interns a chance to gain insight into different facets of working in Luxury Retail marketing. This position reports directly to the Creative Content Manager and is responsible for supporting the creative and digital team at ANT/DOTE with posting online product and social media content in an informative, accurate, engaging way that is always customer-centric and follows SEO best practices.

Description
Responsibilities
Write e-commerce product descriptions with a focus on optimizing SEO by incorporating keywords in image descriptions and utilizing SEO/ALT Tags for each item
Assist with Ecomm and Editorial photo shoots by preparing garments, creating shoot lists, removing tags, steaming, etc.
Assist with maintaining the photography rack by handling dry cleaning, alterations, and ensuring inventory is returned to stock after photo shoots
Add "related products" and "in this look" product suggestions to product pages
Upload new products and relevant information to the website
Conduct web audits to identify missing items and report findings to the Digital Director
Write and edit copy for social media posts, including adding hashtags and scheduling posts in Later for IG
Assist in creating and executing email marketing campaigns using Klayvio
Monitor email performance and optimize campaigns based on results
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
Familiarity with Shopify
Knowledge of SEO and hashtag strategies
Minimum 6 months of social media and content creation experience
Strong understanding of social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Facebook
Experience in video creation and editing for social media
Understanding of fashion, fit, fabrication, and trends
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Creative writing skills with the use of AI
Minimum one year of graphic design experience
