Brand & Creative Leader — Elevate Retail Experience

Family Tree Nursery is seeking a Brand & Creative Manager to own the look, feel, and voice of the brand across marketing channels. You’ll lead the creative direction, build brand guidelines, and develop an in-house team while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver campaigns that move the business.
The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on craft, including art direction, design, copywriting, photography, and production, with travel to retail locations as needed.
