Digital Production Designer

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Digital Production Designer with exceptional Figma skills and strong design fundamentals to join a fast-paced creative team. This role is ideal for a mid-level designer who is known for producing high-quality work, learning quickly, and getting things right the first time. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent layout and typography skills, and is comfortable working efficiently within established brand systems. While experience in sports is a plus, it's not required. Familiarity with AI-powered tools and plugins within Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is beneficial, but this is not an AI-focused role. The priority is finding a designer with outstanding visual design skills and expert-level Figma proficiency.
Rate: $50/hr.
Location: Los Angeles or New York / New Jersey candidates highly preferred
Responsibilities:

Design high-quality digital assets across multiple channels, including OTT platform marketing, in-app banners, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and web graphics.
Create clean, visually engaging layouts with a strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, and composition.
Collaborate with cross-functional creative, marketing, and production teams to execute projects accurately and efficiently.
Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, design systems, and digital campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering polished work on deadline.
Utilize Figma as the primary design tool and Adobe Creative Cloud for production and asset creation.
Leverage AI-powered features and plugins within Figma and Adobe (such as background generation and creative enhancements) when appropriate to improve workflow and efficiency.
Participate in creative reviews and incorporate feedback with accuracy and attention to detail.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
Required Qualifications:

Approximately 4-7 years of digital design experience in a fast-paced agency, entertainment, sports, media, or consumer-facing environment.
Expert-level Figma skills (required).
Strong design fundamentals with exceptional layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and composition skills.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
Highly dependable with a strong work ethic and a reputation for producing accurate, high-quality work.
Quick learner who can ramp up rapidly and execute with minimal oversight.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to get work right the first time.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive, team-first attitude.
