About the Fellowship
Creative Collective is a collaborative talent development initiative designed to bring together emerging creatives who want to build real industry experience while helping develop an emerging commercial, beauty, lifestyle, and fashion model based in New York. The initiative centers around creating consistent portfolio work, expanding professional networks, and generating meaningful opportunities for everyone involved.

This is not a traditional internship or assistant role. Instead, it is a 12-week fellowship for someone who is genuinely interested in talent management, model management, creative production, artist development, or the business side of the fashion industry.

The ideal fellow enjoys networking, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping talented people grow.

What You’ll Do
Over the course of the fellowship, you will help build the foundation of my commercial modeling career by:

Building and maintaining a reliable Creative Collective consisting of photographers, makeup artists, and stylists.

Coordinating recurring TFP portfolio shoots with the Creative Collective.

Researching modeling opportunities.

Pitching me for modeling opportunities, campaigns, castings, portfolio collaborations, and creative projects.

Building relationships with photographers, brands, agencies, makeup artists, stylists, and creative directors.

Helping organize portfolio shoots and creative concepts.

Identifying local brand collaborations and networking opportunities.

Maintaining organized communication with collaborators.

The overall goal is to build a reliable creative ecosystem that consistently produces portfolio work and creates long-term opportunities.

Fellowship Structure

12-week fellowship

Hybrid (New York City)

Flexible scheduling

Approximately 5-10 hours per week

Compensation
Upon successful completion of the fellowship, fellows will receive a $1,000 Fellowship Award.

Additionally, if you independently secure a paid modeling opportunity for me during the fellowship, you’ll receive 20% commission on that booking.
