Stage Manager, Live Sports & Fan Engagement

Bakersfield Condors is seeking a Stage Manager to support in-game elements, fan engagement, and promotional activities during home games in Bakersfield, CA.
The role requires strong communication, the ability to follow scripts and timelines, and the capacity to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the AHL schedule. You will prep, manage, and maintain props and materials while assisting with setup and teardown of home games.
