What you'll do Develop influencer marketing strategies that align with client goals and deliver tangible return on investment.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic business reviews and campaign reporting, translating performance data into actionable recommendations.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and increased revenue in collaboration with sales and strategy teams.
Contribute to new business proposals and pitches by sharing client insights and campaign expertise.
Oversee the end-to-end execution of multiple influencer campaigns, ensuring quality, compliance, and impact.
Guide account managers in managing client communications and day-to-day campaign tasks.
Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met according to client agreements.
Ensure all campaigns adhere to FTC guidelines and platform best practices while maintaining creative integrity.
Monitor key performance indicators, analyze campaign data, and propose optimizations to enhance results.
Collaborate with Social, Strategy, Creator Success, Paid Media, Product, and Sales teams for integrated campaign delivery.
Represent client and influencer perspectives to inform platform development and future strategies.
Work cross-functionally to introduce new approaches and elevate Later's industry standing.
Manage and mentor direct reports, fostering a high-performing, client-centric team.
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to account managers and coordinators.
Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing learning.
Proactively identify and address potential risks to ensure smooth team operations.
Stay informed about industry trends, platforms, and cultural shifts to integrate innovation into client strategies.
Contribute thought leadership to establish Later as a leader in influencer and creator marketing.
Develop and maintain internal processes to ensure compliance and operational excellence across all accounts.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management, with direct client-facing responsibilities.
Demonstrated ability to lead client strategy development and achieve brand objectives.
Proven experience in team management, including coaching, performance evaluations, and daily leadership.
Thorough understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing best practices, and regulatory compliance.
A data-driven approach with the capacity to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for building relationships.
A history of successfully growing client accounts and strengthening partnerships.
Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Nice to have Experience with Later's platform.
