Rehearsal Pianist - Lead Choral Rehearsals (Semester)

Longwood Chorus seeks a highly skilled and passionate musician to serve as their rehearsal pianist for the upcoming semester. Rehearsals run from 7:15 PM-9:15 PM at United Parish, Brookline. See current semester schedule here. Time commitment is to be approximately 2 rehearsal hours per week, plus outside preparation time as required to learn music in advance of rehearsals. The rehearsal pianist will be provided the semester’s sheet music in as timely a manner as possible, and will be expected to arrive at rehearsals and concerts fully prepared to play at the top of their skill level. In rare circumstances, the pianist may be asked to sight-read music with little to no advanced notice. The Rehearsal Pianist is a member of the Artistic Team and reports to the Artistic Director. All members of the artistic team serve at will and are contracted per semester by the Choir Board.
