Marketing & Content Specialist

Full-time, Hybrid, Golden Valley MN Based Career Opportunity.

If you’re interested in creating content and campaigns that generate leads and revenue

opportunities, we want to meet you. We are looking for an individual who is analytical, optimistic,

and can balance strategy with hands-on execution in a small company culture. This position will

report to the President & CEO.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute campaigns to create awareness and generate leads

Create and improve all marketing communications (email, social, flyers, direct mail)

Optimize pages on the website for conversions

Execute all administrative and creative facets of the podcast & webinars

Coordinate and collect customer testimonials and case studies

Manage sponsorships (Awards, Mega Meeting, Super Social, Industry Ally)

Setup and support sales events and speaking engagements

Design and manage voice of the customer surveys

Measure and maintain performance metrics for demand-generation activity

Other duties and improvements as assigned

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$70 – 75K Annual Salary
