Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, seeks an experienced Video Conferencing Specialist to operate, maintain, and upgrade our enterprise video infrastructure in San Jose, CA. You will support meeting platforms, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high availability for executive and all-hands events.
You will manage incidents in ServiceNow, work with Cisco/Poly/Zoom ecosystems, and drive continuous improvements in collaboration tech.
