Providing technical leadership in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Transmission Line Project Engineer will oversee the planning, design, and execution of high voltage overhead transmission line projects, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute engineering for transmission projects up to 765kV, including project scheduling and client coordination
Support project managers with status reports, scope development, and client relationship management
Facilitate resource forecasting and staff development while adhering to quality assurance and control procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or closely related discipline
10+ years of relevant experience in transmission engineering, managing projects and leading teams
Professional Engineering (PE) licensure is required
Strong understanding of transmission line fundamentals and PLS-CADD operation
Experience with Microsoft Office software suite
