Temporary Content Fulfillment Specialist

To support the Content Operations team, the full-time Temporary Content Fulfillment Specialist will manage the processing, packaging, and delivery of A+E content for various third-party platforms while ensuring compliance with partner requirements and deadlines, working in a flexible hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities

Perform complete fulfillment of A+E content, including source processing, packaging, and delivery of metadata, artwork, video, and captioning
Track work orders using Comcast Video Platform (CVP), Medigenix, and Airtable, while coordinating with internal teams for necessary elements
Conduct technical quality control of package elements in preparation for digital distribution and support project prioritization

Required qualifications

2-3 years of relevant experience in content fulfillment or a related field
Advanced knowledge of video formats, codecs, and experience with Adobe products and digital delivery protocols (FTP, SFTP, Aspera, Signiant)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Experience in project management is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
