DICK’S Sporting Goods in the United States is seeking a Team Captain – Footwear to lead the footwear department with expert product knowledge and an exceptional athlete experience focused on fit and performance. You will coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure the department consistently meets athletes’ needs.
You’ll build and lead a strong, effective team, manage sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development, and uphold safety and store policies.
