CUDDY BANKS: 20s-early 30s, Male-presenting, Sir Arthur's son, painfully shy, a Morris dancer, secretly in love with Frank
FRANK THORNEY: 20s-early 30s, Male-presenting, A confident and successful young man, charming and ruthless
WINNIFRED: 20s-early 30s, Female-presenting, Sir Arthur's servant, resigned and pragmatic, secretly married to Frank
PREPARATION

SYNOPSIS

Edmonton is a quiet village where gossip travels fast and suspicion lingers. An outcast woman is offered a dangerous bargain: wealth, power, and a chance at love for the price of her soul. As a mysterious stranger stirs ambition, jealousy, and desire among townspeople, alliances shift and intentions unravel. A wickedly funny and subversive fable about temptation, autonomy, and the true cost of getting what you think you want.
