Global Employer Branding Leader

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Global Employer Branding Manager based in Burlington, MA. The role shapes how we attract, engage, and connect with talent worldwide, with a hybrid work model in a 3/2 office split.
You will own the global employer brand strategy, oversee campaigns across channels, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People, Communications, and Marketing to strengthen the EVP and employer brand presence globally.
