Marketing Assistant

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll support in-store marketing initiatives for nationally recognized clients while gaining hands-on experience in customer engagement, brand representation, and sales. You'll receive paid training, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do
Assist with in-store marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Engage with customers to educate them on products and services.
Represent client brands with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Learn sales and marketing strategies to support campaign goals.
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive results.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
