The Exhibit Designer develops creative solutions that align with our clients’ brand goals, objectives, and budget parameters. If you have the talent and drive to work in a fast-paced studio while creating three-dimensional brand statements that stand out in the face-to-face environment, we want you!

What You Will Do

  • Work collaboratively with client service teams as well as clients directly to define goals and objectives to establish guidelines for the success of each project
  • Translate clients’ goals and objectives into compelling 3D brand statements and sell the design rationale to the client as well as internal teams
  • Stay current with design trends, materials, technologies, and processes that promote competitive, innovation design environment
  • Attend production launches and deliver designs through accurate control drawings, material specs, renderings, and presentations
  • Work with estimating and production to meet established budgets
  • Attend weekly review meetings and creative group meetings
  • Present concepts to clients with effective presentations, designs, and written materials
  • Communicate with other members of the project team throughout the project to resolve reported problems, obtain additional information, and ensure timely execution
  • Represent design solutions by the following mediums:
    • floor plans/space planning
    • CAD as well as full color renderings
    • style boards and material sample boards
    • animated walkthroughs
    • dimensioned control drawings

Qualifications

What we would love to see:

  • A bachelor’s degree in design or a related field, post‑graduate education a plus
  • At least three (3) years’ experience in 3D design in the trade show/event industry or related field
  • Experience in human health fields is a plus (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device)
  • Above average ability to visualize and conceptualize in 3D space
  • Strong problem solving and basic sketching skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials standard of exhibit design
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with varied deadlines simultaneously
  • Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy
  • Strong working knowledge of and experience with the following programs a must: Auto CAD, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office suite.
