You will manage a high volume of distributor inquiries through Salesforce, support order-related processes, and ensure accurate and timely communication about product availability, lead times, and shipment status. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative, customer-facing work, excels at managing multiple priorities, and is committed to delivering a high level of service while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting overall operational success.## Responsibilities* Manage a high volume of distributor inquiries using Salesforce and other internal systems.* Serve as a primary liaison between distributors, vendors, technical teams, manufacturing facilities, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication.* Research and communicate lead times, product availability, and order status updates to distributors and internal partners.* Coordinate with technical departments to identify appropriate parts and solutions for customer and distributor requests.* Work closely with scheduling teams and vendor partners to obtain accurate delivery timelines and logistics information.* Provide timely, professional, and proactive communication to distributors regarding inquiries, order progress, and any changes or discrepancies.* Assist with order entry and order management activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions.* Maintain accurate records, documentation, and transaction history within company systems, including Salesforce and SAP.* Support general administrative functions to help the operations team run efficiently.* Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in all interactions and processes.* Prioritize and manage a high volume of transactions and inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.* Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve issues quickly and support high levels of client and distributor satisfaction.* Monitor logistics, transportation, and delivery information to help resolve discrepancies and ensure on-time deliveries.* Contribute to business development efforts by supporting distributors and internal sales associates with accurate information and responsive service.* Skills and* Qualifications Required* 2+ years of customer support or administrative experience* Previous experience in transportation, administrative support, coordination, or a related operations role.* Problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify solutions, and follow up to completion.* Ability to work effectively with distribution partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support logistics and deliveries.* Experience using Salesforce, SAP, or similar ERP/CRM systems.## Work EnvironmentThis role operates in a structured, fast-paced office environment that supports a hybrid work arrangement. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The position is primarily onsite, with potential hybrid flexibility for candidates commuting from a greater distance. You will use modern business systems and tools, including Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and the broader Microsoft Office Suite, to manage inquiries, orders, and internal communication.
