Remote: Employee Experience & Engagement Practice Lead

Probolsky Research, a woman- and Latina-owned market and opinion research firm, is growing our employee research practice and hiring the person who will run it. You will design, field, analyze, and report on engagement surveys and 360 evaluations for corporate, government, and nonprofit clients, and help them act on findings.
You will deliver executive briefings, facilitate results interpretation and action-planning sessions, and build toolkits that translate findings into concrete next steps
