Graphic Designer Department: Marketing Reports To: Brittany Lett Location: Remote, with occasional travel FLSA: Non-Exempt Position Summary: We’re seeking a detail-oriented Mid-level Graphic Designer to support our creative team in preparing and finalizing design assets across multiple specialty pharmacy brands. This role ensures design accuracy, consistency, and technical precision in all deliverables, working in close collaboration with the Creative Director and Marketing Director. The ideal candidate has a meticulous eye for layout, alignment, and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Production & Execution Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media graphics, print and digital marketing collateral, and presentations Ensure all assets meet technical specifications, including bleeds, color profiles, and resolution standards Execute design updates, resizing, and versioning while maintaining brand integrity Brand Consistency & Quality Control Review layouts for errors or inconsistencies before release Implement approved design templates across marketing materials and campaigns Maintain organized file systems and production workflows Collaboration & Support Work closely with Creative Director to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently Communicate with print vendors to confirm production requirements and timelines Assist in asset management and content updates for ongoing projects Skills and Qualification Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in production design or graphic design support Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); proficiency in Canva a plus Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management Understanding of print production and digital file requirements Ability to take direction and work collaboratively Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions in this job description: The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit, as well as talk and hear.
