Collaborate with creative and technical teams to elevate visual storytelling, ensuring seamless operation and impactful results for Spectrum Networks. How You'll Make an Impact
Lead the development, design and texturing of virtual sets for multiple uses across Spectrum Networks
Collaborate with news and creative services teams to plan and produce compelling virtual environments
Utilize advanced creative skills and technology expertise to craft animations for augmented reality
Maintain, expand and consistently update virtual sets to ensure ongoing excellence
Uphold Spectrum Networks' style guide in all co-branded materials
Manage upkeep of assigned company equipment, ensuring readiness and reliability
Participate in brainstorming sessions to introduce new design perspectives and ideas
Attend stakeholder meetings to provide updates on set development and management
Working Conditions
Office-based role
Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to schedule changes
Travel as required
What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent work experience
Experience
5+ years of 3D design and animation
Skills
Proficiency in C4D and Adobe suite
Demonstrated broadcast design experience
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience collaborating in team-oriented environments
Sound decision-making and problem resolution under pressure
Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to clearly communicate solutions
Adaptability, enthusiasm, initiative and a positive approach to problem solving
Creative and artistic conceptualization and judgment skills
Knowledge of Zero Density or other VR/AR platforms
