Event AV Technician — On‑Site Hospitality Tech

Encore Global in Newport News, VA is seeking a Technician to set up, operate and break down basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and smooth event execution. You will work on site with clients, troubleshoot equipment and software, document orders in Navigator, and coordinate with vendors.
A high school diploma is required; associate’s degree and AV/hospitality experience are preferred.
